Refund policy

We have a 15-day return or replacement policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All discounted products are final sales and refund for any product purchased with a discount is at the discretion of Citrus Eyewear. Customers are personally responsible to ensure packages are picked up from their local logistics company's location in the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Citrus Eyewear bears no responsibility for packages that are not delivered despite of delivery attempts by the logistics partner. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@citruseyewear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. In case of replacements, an acknowledgement will be emailed regarding the replacement and a new package will be shipped to the address associated with the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We manufacture our sunglasses in small batches in order to be mindful of the environment impact of overproduction. We therefore rely on the number of preorders while deciding our production levels. We therefore charge a 20% cancellation fee on preordered items of the item is scheduled to be shipped within 30 days from the estimated shipment date of preorders. Orders not shipped within the above mentioned timeline are eligible for free cancellation before an order is shipped.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damage noticed right off the box should be brought to our notice via email to customersupport@citruseyewear.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Requests pertaining to fit or any other reason will be dealt on case to case basis.
